The Devi Utsav Committee is organising Sri Devi Navaratri for the 85 consecutive year. The committee has already arranged huge cut-outs of goddess Parasakthi with 24 hands and arms and four huge arches. Every year people from the city and suburban areas throng Devi Chowk all the nine-days from early morning.
